Lindsay Hubbard is reveling in her time on cloud nine, and she’s leaving the past in the past.
So when it came to her sharing her pregnancy with the world, the Summer House star didn’t want to sweat the reaction her ex Carl Radke might have to the news.
“I’m sure he’ll find out when the rest of the world finds out, but I’m not calling him up and having a conversation with him,” she told People in an interview published July 6. “That relationship is in my past, and I can’t really focus on my past anymore because I’m so focused on my present and my future.”
And for Lindsay—whose engagement with Carl ended onscreen while filming Summer House’s season eight last year—she’s happy to leave their history behind. “To be honest,” she continued, “his emotions are no longer my responsibility. It’s just not my problem anymore.”
Lindsay shared her baby news on July 4th, though she kept the identity of her boyfriend—who is also the baby’s father—private.
