Game, Set, Match—Vogue and HEAD Collaborate on an Exclusive Tennis Collection

On August 29, Vogue and HEAD unveil a covetable tennis capsule collection two years in the making, celebrating their shared passion for the sport and bringing Vogue’s inimitable fashion-forward sensibility to the courts.

Vogue’s love of the game is well documented—from championing its talent to tracking its style evolution—making its collaboration with HEAD a perfect match. The sports brand has similarly been a leader in its industry since its inception in 1950, known for its innovative designs not just in skiing and tennis but also other racquet sports such as squash, and growing disciplines like padel and pickleball. “’This collaboration is a true celebration of tennis. With Vogue, we can combine the best of the fashion and sports worlds and create a statement on the court,” says Roman Stepek, HEAD’s global VP of sportswear.

Designed to elevate your game with style and innovation, the capsule presents a well-rounded edit of tennis essentials—clothing, bags, racquets and balls—in a color palette that riffs off the traditional all-white look.

The various staples—from pleated skirts and dresses to seamless tops, bike shorts, and accessories—are accented with flashes of yellow, green, orange, light blue, and black for an energizing, contemporary take on tenniscore that ties into Vogue’s summer of sport celebration with Vogue World 2024: Paris. The outerwear offerings, which can transition effortlessly from on to off the court, include a loose fleece pullover and trench-inspired parka.

Other notable pieces include a special tennis racquet and playable tennis balls; the Vogue exclusive Boom MP L racquet is part of the brand’s beloved Boom family and inspired by the one Vogue April cover star and US Open winner Coco Gauff has played with. A retro-chic cover houses the racquet. Meanwhile, the tennis balls come in individual collectors’ cans, with lids in the various colors of the collection. A backpack and large duffle bag round out the collection. Ideal for city-to-court jaunts, the backpack features a single main and racquet compartment with an easy roll-top and two outer pockets, while the pro duffle (which can be worn both as a backpack or across the shoulder) can hold up to nine racquets with additional inner and outer pockets for stowing away.
