A Perth-based reality TV star has given a tragic update just weeks after announcing her pregnancy to the public.

Natasha Bulley revealed she has lost her unborn baby at 19 weeks.

The grieving Love Island star posted a black and white photo with two bouquets of flowers, a teddy bear, a cross and an image of an ultrasound.

She captioned the post, “Grieving the loss of our baby who I held for 19 weeks in my belly and forever in my heart, god has gained an angel 🕊️🤍”.

Fans flooded the comment section with love and support.

Ms Bulley and her husband — who share their three-year-old son Archie — only announced their pregnancy news on Instagram four weeks ago.
