The 20-year-old, Allyssia Razo, jumped into the water from the historic pier in Naples as she tried to evade cops on Monday afternoon. The beach patrol was waiting for her at shore, a police report said, per the New York Post.
The Naples Police Department received multiple reports about a man and woman having sex behind the pier’s locked gate at about 4:30 p.m. on Memorial Day.
When officers arrived, Razo and Zadok Westfield, 23, were reportedly doing the deed.

They scrambled to put on their clothes and that’s when Razo moved to the edge of the pier and dove in, despite officers’ commands to stay put.
Westfield, naked upon police arrival, stayed at the scene.

He told the officer that he and Raza swam to the end of the pier and were going to jump off but wound up having sex instead.
A witness told cops she was at the beach nearby with her four children, ages 7 to 15, when they noticed the duo, sans clothes, in the public spot.
Her kids “were asking questions about what the subjects were doing,” she told police.
Razo and Westfield were each charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace.
Raza was also charged with resisting arrest without violence.
The pier has only been open partially to visitors since being severely damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022.
