“From the start of Phillips’ tenure working at Yeezy and Donda, it was immediately apparent to him and others that Kanye (allegedly) treated the Black staff considerably worse than white employees,” according to the lawsuit cited by EW. “Even when class was in session, Kanye would scream and berate Black employees, while never even as much (as) raising his tone at the white staff.”

West would allegedly spew “hate, profess anti-Semitic tropes and lies, threaten the LGBTQ+ community” and “almost” sexually stimulated himself in front of Phillips, the lawsuit said via EW. Phillips also said he allegedly witnessed West threatening to shave students’ heads and lock them in cages.
West’s representatives had not responded to a request for comment from EW, the publication said.
West allegedly threatened the students while he was discussing how he only likes to date white women, Phillips’ lawsuit said via EW.
“Then addressing the two schoolchildren, Kanye told them that he wanted them to shave their heads and that he intended to put a jail at the school — and that they could be locked in cages,” the lawsuit said. “The staff quickly distracted the children and escorted them out of the room.”

Another incident at the Nobu Hotel in Los Angeles allegedly included West going on anti-Semitic rants, the EW report said, with the Stronger hit-maker saying things like, “I hate Jewish people,” and, “(Adolf) Hitler was great.”
West made similar statements during an infamous appearance with disgraced conspiracy theorist Alex Jones in December 2022, around the same time that his business relationships with brands like Adidas collapsed over other anti-Semitic remarks.
EW reported that Phillips, who was hired by West in 2022, is seeking punitive damages and a jury trial.
