The highly-anticipated unsealing of documents revealing the names of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s friends, flunkies, fellow travellers and victims has kicked off.

In the end, around 187 names will be released. Most will have done nothing wrong in connection to the fiendish financier’s sex trafficking apparatus.

Others will find themselves in a brutally harsh spotlight.

The names were ordered unsealed by Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska in December. The names were part of a now-settled 2015 defamation lawsuit filed by former Epstein sex slave Virginia Roberts Giuffre against his gal pal and second banana, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Among the names: Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Al Gore, Kevin Spacey and Stephen Hawking, along with celebs Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, Naomi Campbell, Cameron Diaz and Bruce Willis – none of whom have been accused of wrongdoing.

“So far only 45 documents have been unsealed but we’ll be seeing a lot more. I haven’t seen this much interest since Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial and Epstein’s death,” legendary reporter Barry Levine told the Toronto Sun. “I’m shocked at the amount of new interest.”

Levine is the author of one of the seminal takes on the case, The Spider: Inside the Criminal Web of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

But other than some interesting tidbits, the first dump offered few new names and details, yet Levine noted that the sordid overall picture is becoming clearer – and the damage to Epstein’s coterie of associates is more profound.

“Remember though, 99% of the people were not involved with Epstein’s underage sex schemes or blackmail but they all wear the same scarlet letter,” Levine said, adding the documents only cover the years from 1994 to 2004.

“After he served his sentence for underage prostitution in 2008, he began a whole new life.”

Still, for Levine a small anecdote in the files is perhaps the biggest reveal. It concerns famed magician David Copperfield.

“He specifically said to Epstein sex slave Johanna Sjoberg: Did she know girls were being paid to recruit other girls for sex?,” Levine said. “He saw the sexual pyramid. Did he ever call Jeffrey Epstein on it? He was in a position to blow the whistle and he didn’t.”

Here are other highlights from the files.

PRINCE ANDREW

A bad look just got a lot worse for the Puke of York. The shamed royal – a longtime pal of Epstein – faces new accusations in the files. One of the hedge fund manager’s young sex slaves claimed she was forced to have sex with Andrew during an orgy at his Caribbean redoubt, known as Pedophile Island. She also claimed she had sex with the prince at Maxwell’s London apartment and in New York. Epstein allegedly told her to give Andrew “whatever he demanded.”

On another occasion, the racy royal allegedly touched the breast of Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg while posing for a photo with Giuffre. He also allegedly used a Spitting Image puppet to grope both young women.

POOR MAX

Ghislaine Maxwell is pissed. Of all of Epstein’s nefarious associates, the disgraced socialite – a woman! – is the only one in prison. The Max factor, 62, is serving a 20-year prison for sex trafficking. Her lawyer told NewsNation: “I don’t think she has anything to talk about except maybe that if you look at this crime, this overall crime, it’s all about men abusing women for a long period of time… and it’s only one person in jail – a woman.”

MAGIC TRIX

Legendary magician David Copperfield, 67, had dinner with an alleged Epstein victim at one of his far-reaching homes. Copperfield allegedly asked Johanna Sjoberg: Did she know girls were being paid to recruit other girls for sex? Sjoberg testified: “He questioned me if I was aware that girls were getting paid to find other girls.”

BILL CLINTON/DONALD TRUMP

Former president Bill Clinton flew on Epstein’s private jet numerous times as did Donald Trump. Sjoberg said in her deposition that Epstein allegedly told her that “Clinton likes them young.” Both Clinton and Trump have denied any wrongdoing. One woman said Clinton was a “perfect gentleman.” On one flight from New York to Florida, the jet was diverted to the gambling mecca of Atlantic City. Epstein joked: “Great, we’ll call up Trump and we’ll go to the casino.” Neither Clinton nor Trump were on Pedophile Island.

STEPHEN HAWKING

Epstein was furious that Giuffre claimed famed scientist Professor Stephen Hawking participated in an underage orgy on Pedophile Island and emphatically denied it. The billionaire even offered a reward to anyone who could counter that claim. Hawking died in 2018.

MICHAEL JACKSON

Wacko Jacko was also in the Palm Beach palace, Sjoberg testified. She added that nothing unseemly occurred. He died in 2009.

NAOMI CAMPBELL

The supermodel was also mentioned and admitted being on Epstein’s plane. She said in 2019: “I was introduced to him on my 31st birthday by my ex-boyfriend Flavio (Briatore, the Italian businessman who has been convicted of fraud). He was always front and centre at Victoria’s Secret shows.”

CREEPY JEAN-LUC

French modelling agent Jean-Luc Brunel’s name litters the documents. He notoriously sent 11-year-old triplets to Epstein as a birthday gift and allegedly procured more than 1,000 girls for Epstein to have sex with. He killed himself in a Paris prison. His estate is now being sued by a former Canadian model in Los Angeles.

LEONARDO DICAPRIO & CO

Sjoberg claimed that while she massaged Epstein he “got off” on name-dropping A-listers. “Oh, that was Leonardo, or, that was Cate Blanchett, or Bruce Willis.” That kind of thing,” Sjoberg testified. Kevin Spacey is mentioned as flying on the Lolita Express.

BILLIONAIRES & OTHER POLITICIANS

Giuffres claimed in her deposition that she had sex with several political and financial titans. Among them: Hyatt Hotels CEO Tom Pritzker, who has denied wrongdoing, and late New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, who also called the claims fabricated. The first name released was fellow billionaire investor Glenn Dubin, who appears in a taped deposition with Maxwell. She is asked if Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg had been asked to massage Dubin. She had no recollection.

Also named was Victoria’s Secret billionaire Leslie Wexner. Maxwell was asked if she provided a girl with an outfit of a sexual nature to wear for Wexner. Maxwell responded with “categorically no.” The lingerie titan claimed he was “never aware” of his friend’s sick antics.
