Dua Lipa has already proven to us that she’s an It girl, and with that comes an It bag.
The singer, still in the throes of her Radical Optimism promotion, came prepared for press with another outfit fit for a popstar. She took the pantless look for a spin, wearing a black zip-up mock neck and micro-shorts over ultra-sheer black tights. To keep warm against the London chill, she wore an emerald green leather trench coat from Ferragamo that grazed the tops of her knee-high boots.
While the bright green coat and trendy pantless look were definitely eye-catching, Dua’s bag was a stealthy flex worth noting. The singer toted a black Prada top handle purse with a belt strung through belt loops across the top of the bag. The purse debuted in February at Prada’s fall 2024 show in Milan, although the brand played with the motif in their spring 2024 collection as well.
The “Training Season” singer isn’t the only person rocking this still-unreleased handbag. Fellow It girl Chloë Sevigny recently worn a tan iteration while out and about in New York. The actor styled her bag with blue jeans, a printed sweater, and a green coat with a shearling collar. Between Dua Lipa and Chloë Sevigny, there are already a host of ways to wear the Prada belt bag. Who knows what outfits will arise once the rest of the It girls get their hands on it?
