Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum review: This gadget will transform your home cleaning

But with so many out there and so many different snazzy features, it can be hard to know where to start.

I have had the pleasure of testing out the new Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum for the past few weeks and have put it through its paces with bad weather, a toddler and countless muddy feet.

Below, find out how I got on.

How do I get it and what will it cost?

First up, it’s important to discuss the specifics.

Dreame’s new L10 Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum currently has $300 off on the Dreame website, where it is down from $1,999 to $1,699.

It’s also available at Harvey Norman Australia, Amazon Australia, JB Hi-Fi and Kogan.

Who is it good for and what does it do?

Billed as a powerful device that utilises the best of robotic cleaning technologies, such as auto-emptying and automatic mop cleaning, this clever robot vacuum provides an impressive, hands-free clean every time.

The vacuum will not only quickly and cleverly map your home, but it will then proceed to clean your home even smarter with “advanced AI action” coupled with 5,300Pa of powerful sunction to get up all manner of dirt and debris.

The self-emptying feature is also impressive, with up to 60 days of automatic, hands-off cleaning.

Auto mop extension and retraction technology ensures the robot will clean closer around corners, tables, chair legs and baseboards.

The vacuum also has a couple of other impressive features.

The customisable cleaning schedules make the robot vacuum incredibly convenient — you can just set and forget, knowing you’re coming back to mopped wooden floors and clean rugs.

The large 2.5L water tank can also cover up to 200m², allowing it to quickly wipe away dirt and leave your home spotless.

How does it look and work?

The Dreame vacuum has a sleek and modern design that won’t look out of place in even the most stylish of homes.

The one thing I would flag is that the vacuum is quite large and needs a degree of space both around it and in front of it.

So if you live in a small apartment, you will need to find some space from somewhere to be able to store it.

The vacuum itself comes with one base station, one robot, one Base Station Ramp Extension Plate, one Power Cord, one Side Brush, two Mop Pad Holders, two dust bags, one cleaning tool and one cleaning solution.

It works by being controlled from the mobile app and can be pre-programmed in order to come on and mop or vacuum when you’re out.

There are three cleaning modes (Vacuum, Mop, Vacuum and Mop, Mop after Vacuum).

The vacuum is then easy to use and it will return to its docking station when it’s done.

How did I find the robot?

In terms of performance, the Dreame L10 Pro Ultra is second to none.

I especially love how nifty the vacuum is at getting in to tight spaces.

It even goes under my stairs and vacuums hard-to-reach areas we can rarely get to with our Dyson stick vac.

I also love the fact the gadget tells you when either the dust bin or water cannisters need emptying.

It really does take the hassle out of cleaning, and I love that you can just set and forget and come back to a clean home.

I would whole-heartedly recommend this vacuum to busy people, families and anyone who just wants to reduce their cleaning load.

It’s easy to control from the Dreame app, easy to use and even easier to come back to a perfectly-clean home.
