An offensive bumper sticker has been spotted on a car involved in an alleged hit-and-run that killed a father-of-two in Sydney’s south overnight.
The 38-year-old pedestrian was critically injured at the intersection of Preddys Rd and John St in Bexley about 10.40pm on Tuesday.

Police say they are preparing to charge a 17-year-old male with dangerous driving occasioning death and failing to stop.
The alleged driver sustained minor injuries and was earlier taken to St George Hospital under police guard for treatment and mandatory testing.
His Ford Falcon was found parked on nearby Downey St with a shattered windscreen. An offensive bumper sticker on the car read: “I drive like a c***.”
The vehicle was seized for examination.




Meanwhile police have praised residents who rushed to save the man, describing their efforts as “valiant”.
Akariva Volitiviti said he was alerted to the situation by a loud bang before racing to help. He then called triple-0 and began CPR.
“I told the operator please hurry up. This guy, I think he won’t make it if (you’re) late,” Volitiviti told 7NEWS.
Sadly the man could not be saved.
