Did Taylor Swift Raid Travis Kelce’s Closet for the Chiefs Game Tonight?

Another Sunday, another Taylor Swift spotting. Today, the pop superstar attended yet another Kansas City Chiefs game, this time descending on the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City to watch the team face off against the Cincinnati Bengals. (She had to be there to cheer on boyfriend Travis Kelce, after all.) As usual, Swift’s entrance to the stadium doubled as a catwalk; all eyes were on what the star was wearing for the outing. In the past, Swift has gone for everything from custom Chiefs jackets to double denim for kickoff, but tonight, she went the classic route by choosing a Kansas City Chiefs merch tee for the appearance.

The question is: Did Swift raid Kelce’s closet for the piece? The oversized red, black, and white tee, complete with varsity tripes on the sleeves, looked like the kind of thing that maybe—just maybe—she rustled up from his personal wardrobe. That said, Swift has worn vintage Chiefs pieces to games before. (Remember when she wore that Chiefs sweater from the ’90s back in December?) Perhaps she simply loved the oversized fit of the throwback T-shirt; she wore it as a dress, stying it with over-the-knee leather boots—a signature Swift wardrobe staple. Her monogrammed leather Louis Vuitton bag and layered jewelry also gave the sporty look a more fashion feel overall. Leave it to Swift to make merch feel elevated; she’s sure to have all the Swifties trying to source it.
