Crust Pizza introduces three limited-edition pizzas inspired by the flavours of a Tennessee smokehouse

Is there anything more delicious than settling into a hearty pizza?

While there are quite a few pizza shops to choose from, I always find myself gravitating towards Crust Pizza — and my favourite choice from the range, the vegan jackfruit variety.

But for a limited time only — until October 8 to be precise — Aussies can get their hands on three new limited-edition flavours inspired by a Tennessee smokehouse.

The range has been developed in partnership with Rack’em Bones BBQ Ribs, an emerging leader in the ribs and wings category.

It’s a nod to the American-style “low-and-slow” barbecue trend that continues to gain momentum and includes the launch of the new TomatoQue sauce base, which is a perfectly rich fusion of tomato and barbecue sauce.Crust Pizza marketing manager Zak Marr said the Rack’em Bones mastery in southern USA smokehouse meats will infuse a unique and authentic flavour to the takeaway pizza menu, bringing an exciting new dining experience for pizza lovers.

The Tennessee Pork ‘n Apple includes Tennessee pulled pork, smokehouse corn, caramelised onion, shallots and mozzarella on a TomatoQue base.

It’s topped with fresh green apple and jalapeno relish.

The Rackem’s Brisket and Pineapple pizza comes with sticky sweet beef brisket, hot honey bacon bites, white onion, pineapple and mozzarella on the same TomatoQue base.

It’s topped with hickory barbecue sauce and shallots.

The Hot Honey Chicken Royale has Tennessee smokehouse chicken, dill pickles, caramelised onion jam and mozzarella on a TomatoQue base.

It’s topped with burger sauce, hot honey and two hot honey wing toppers.

To celebrate the partnership, two new sides will also be added to the Rack’em Bones menu — Peri Peri Wings and Peri Peri Chicken Loaded Chips, both served with Crust Pizza’s famous peri peri sauce.For more information visit Crust Pizza’s website here.
