An unidentified man and woman are sought for breaking into a Scarborough home last month.

Toronto Police say officers responded to a break-and-enter call at a residence near Midland and Eglinton Aves. around 4:30 p.m. on April 26.

It was reported that an unknown man broke into the residence around 10 a.m. that day and stole items of value.
Police say a woman was also seen prowling around the same address a day earlier.
The man was wearing an orange hat, green sweater and black pants.
The woman was wearing a black jacket and a black dress, and she had a small dog with her.
Investigators have released images of two suspects hoping someone will recognize them and comforward.

BOY, 15, CHARGED IN STABBING ON PUBLIC BUS IN PICKERING
A 15-year-old boy is accused of stabbing another teenage boy on a public transit bus in Pickering on Thursday.
Durham Regional Police say officers responded to an assault call at the Pickering GO Station on Bayly St. – near Liverpool rd. – around 4:20 p.m.
“A youth was stabbed by another youth during a verbal altercation while on a Durham Regional Transit bus,” Const. Nicholas Gluckstein said in a statement released Friday.
He said the victim was taken to hospital for treatment but his injuries were not considered life-threatening.

A suspect was subsequently located at the GO station and arrested without incident.
“This was an isolated incident and the victim and suspect are known to each other,” Gluckstein said.
The accused youth, an Oshawa resident, is charged with assault causing bodily harm and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
He was released on an undertaking to his guardian.

Unable to obtain narcotics due to a time-delayed safe, the crook instead grabbed a quantity of prescription drugs and too off, police say.
Holdup Unit officers executed a search warrant on Thursday and allegedly recovered items related to the investigation.
A suspect was subsequently taken into custody.
Jacob Treadwell, of Toronto, is now charged with robbery and wearing a disguise with intent.

MAN WANTED FOR OSHAWA VARIETY STORE ROBBERY
A man is sought for threatening an employee with a knife during a convenience store robbery in Oshawa on Friday.
Durham Regional Police say the armed robbery unfolded at a Circle K store on Coldstream Dr. – north of Ritson and Taunton Rds. – shortly before 4:30 a.m.
An unknown man approached a store employee with a large knife, forced the clerk to go behind the front counter and demanded cash from the register.
The bandit ran off before officers arrived at the scene but police say and the Circle K employee was not physically hurt.
The crook is believed to be about 20 years old and was wearing a black ski mask, dark hoody, black pants, black gloves, black boots, and carrying a black backpack.
