“So Joe turned 27 yesterday, on the 27th of December, and today Jesse turns 28 on the 28th of December!!!”

“We could not be prouder of these fine young men.

“They are so much fun, so entertaining, slightly wild but still the most kind, caring loving, funny, smart, brilliant individuals.

“Happy birthday Jesse, happy birthday Joe. We love you so much…❤️❤️❤️❤️ #brothers.”

The various photos showed the two boys all smiles dressed up to celebrate the occasion and other photos from a tennis court and playing pool.

“Happy Birthday Jesse and Joe. OMG I feel old. I remember when they were born lol,” one follower said.

“Those are special numbers! 🙌🙌 They’re both going to have the best year! Happy birthday to your boys and congratulations to you Jo on your fine young men 💚💙,” a second said.

“Wow that’s so cool. Happy birthday boys 🥳,” added a third.

Griggs became a grandmother in her 40s when Joe welcomed his first child, Jax, in March 2018.

“He’s just the light of our lives,” Griggs previously told 7NEWS.com.au of being a grandparent.

“It is so nice to have a little kid (around) again. It just makes everyone get so involved on a different level.

“It’s so exciting and he’s such a little bright spark”.

Laughing at how “amazing” her grandson is, Griggs said it “makes you a terrible parent because you just want your kids to go forward and procreate if they’re lucky enough for it to happen”.

“But to be honest, we feel so lucky that we’re young grandparents and we feel lucky.”
