Cardi attended the Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards in Beverly Hills wearing the most 2008-esque bangs I’ve seen since that era, pairing a thick, heavy side bang with a black blazer dress and tights. Her hair was styled pin straight and super shiny, hitting about mid-chest. But the bangs were definitely the centerpiece of the look, taking up a significant portion of hair real estate. Cardi’s hair was parted at an angle, with the bangs brushed to one side, covering her most of her brows and grazing the tips of her lashes. Instead of late-2000s metallic eyeshadow and dramatic liner, Cardi kept it simple with a pair of fluttery, long false lashes and a deep red lip. Honestly, the side bang feels perfectly at home in 2024 when it looks this sleek and chic!
