The three men accused in the suspected murder-for-hire killings of a Bowmanville couple possess blood-stained criminal CVs, the Toronto Sun has learned.
Durham Regional Police are calling the Feb. 4, 2023 murders of Aram Kamel, 28, and his six-month pregnant wife, 26-year-old Rafad Alzubaidy, a “targeted killing.”

Both were “shot multiple times at close range” in their home.
On Friday, Homicide investigators revealed that Illia Ayo, 22, Abdinisar Aden, also 22, and Emmanuel Ezbon, 21, have each been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the slayings.

Ayo and Aden were arrested on April 19, 2023, in connection with the March 9, 2023, Vaughan murder of Alexander “Zander” Mills-Smith, 24, of Toronto. Mills-Smith was shot to death while two others were also injured in the gunfire.

York Regional Police said Ayo was arrested in a stolen vehicle. He was hammered with first-degree murder, while Aden was charged with accessory after the fact to murder, possession of a firearm and ammunition contrary to a prohibition order, and failing to comply with a probation order.

The twosome combined for 23 charges.
In a bizarre twist, Ayo was charged as an accomplice in the bizarre March 6, 2023, shooting of a Brampton man walking his dog in a park. The triggerman in that incident? Cops claim it was Alexander “Zander” Mills-Smith.
Ayo was charged with attempted murder and other charges in the botched Brampton incident. Three days later Mills-Smith was dead.

In 2018, Ayo – then a London resident – and two 16-year-olds were arrested and charged in connection with a shooting at Spence’s bakery on Eglinton Ave. Multiple rounds were squeezed off before the vehicle fled leaving six people wounded. The trio was hit with a number of charges including aggravated assault, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

In July 2023, a slew of bullets were fired at an Oakville home in the middle of the day. There were no injuries and cops zeroed in on Aden in an alleged solo performance. He and his girlfriend were busted at a Concord motel.
Aden was charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000 and failure to comply with a release order and was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Not to be outdone, Emmanuel Ezbon was one of three men accused of a violent carjacking near Square One in Mississauga. One of the men pulled a gun on the victim and demanded the luxury vehicle, which the carjackers drove off in.
