A man remained under police guard in a Sydney hospital on Sunday after two other men were allegedly stabbed in an early-morning fracas on the Upper North Shore.
Both victims were taken to hospital after the 2am incident, leaving behind a bloody scene on Stephanie Pl, North Turramurra.
A 28-year-old man suffered stab wounds on his back, torso and arm, while a 31-year-old man was found with a stab wound on his leg.

They were treated at the scene and taken to Royal North Shore Hospital, NSW Ambulance confirmed, where they remain in a stable condition.
A third man, 30, was found with facial injuries and arrested, NSW Police said. He was also taken to hospital, where he remains under police guard.
