Belladrum festival announces new acts as tickets on sale for 20th anniversary event

The Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival has announced new acts for its 20th anniversary event this summer.

Five new acts have been added to the festival running from Thursday, July 25 until Saturday, July 27 this year at Belladrum Estate in Kiltarlity near Inverness.

Scottish rockers Twin Atlantic, who previously headlined the event in 2013, have been announced with the likes of Deacon Blue, James Arthur and the Sugababes topping the billing.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor, whose hit single Murder on the Dancefloor soared up the UK charts in recent months, will also play the event in Inverness.

Comedian and musical artist Bill Bailey, Scottish group Lucia & The Best Boys and Jake Bugg are also on the line-up.

The family-friendly event is celebrating its 20th anniversary after first taking to place in 2004.

Tickets for the event remain on sale with various weekend and single day tickets available.
