When Becky G arrived at Vogue World: Paris on Sunday, she was impossible to miss. The singer stepped onto the blue carpet rolled out from the Ritz to the Place Vendôme in one of the boldest shades of the season: bright, blazing red.
Yet even when wearing a sheer dress by the Turkish-born, Paris-based designer Burc Akyol, she couldn’t help but be on trend. For the past few seasons, red has been the color of the moment. To lend the look a fresh twist, Becky G’s gown featured ruched details at the bust and waist, full-sleeve gloves, and a fishtail skirt. The outfit was completed with her bangs and diamond earrings—and, of course, having the designer on her arm.

Meanwhile, designer Willy Chavarria coordinated with Becky G in tailoring that showcased his signature billowing proportions with a red rose tucked into his jacket lapel. La vie en rose, indeed.
