Australian bedding brand Yinahla secures coveted ‘best craftsmanship’ award for 2023 for its mattress

Purchasing a mattress can be one of the most confusing experiences because there is just so much on offer to choose from.

Are you looking for something firmer? A mattress in a box that is delivered as one piece? One with back support? Sometimes it’s easier to have the process simplified for you.

To make the decision that much easier, Bedbuyer, Australia’s leading independent mattress review site, has compiled a list of the country’s best mattresses in 2024.

The Classic Comfort variety is suitable for all sleeping positions — whether you’re a side, back or front sleeper — provides light pressure relief and it hypoallergenic for those asthma and allergy sufferers.

The single-sized mattress will set you back $2,749, while the super king size is $4,699.

, While it is an investment piece the brand does offer a 100-night risk free trial and a 20 year warranty on its products.

“It’s beautifully made and came in a medium-soft which was ideal. I must admit, at first I felt it might be a tad firmer than what I expected, now after sleeping on it for a few weeks it is heavenly, it’s hard getting out of bed in the morning it’s so comfortable,” one woman who purchased the Classic Comfort said.

“This mattress was about $2500 queen-size. But worth it. It’s soft yet supportive. When my wife or I get in we just fall asleep within 15 minutes. There is also no aches or pain when we get up,” said another.

A third added: “We were sceptical with buying a new mattress and thought we would need to replace it within 2-3 years as this has been our experience in the past.

“However, this mattress is incredible we have had it for five years now and it has completely maintained its shape. There are no signs of sagging or loss of firmness.”
