Brisbanes B105 radio star Matty Acton revealed on Wednesday that he has become a grandfather at 37 years old.
The breakfast radio host shared adorable photos of baby girl Illyria Fay Acton on Instagram, sending followers into a tizz as they googled his age.
“Welcome to the family Illyria Fay Acton 👶🏻 We love & adore you ❤️ #grandchild #baby #grandpa #newborn” the Instagram caption read.

Acton’s stepson Ethan Acton, 23 and his wife Madison Acton, also 23 welcomed their newborn into the world on Monday.
The radio host shared the joyous news with his co-hosts Stav Davidson and Abby Coleman live on air Tuesday morning.
Acton knowingly told his co-hosts that he thought the baby would be born on September 30.
A confused Davidson responded, “that was yesterday”.
Coleman made the connection and burst out of her seat to congratulate the “granddaddy”.
Acton told the pair that meeting his granddaughter for the first time was magical and left him reminiscing on the birth of his youngest daughter Eden.
“It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life,” he said.
“The last time we were here we were leaving with Eden, If everyone can now call me granddaddy it would be greatly appreciated.”
The 37-year-old has been a father figure to his wife — Esther Acton’s — son Ethan since he was three years old. The couple also share Xander, 10, and Eden, seven.
The radio host’s 265,000 Instagram followers were both shocked and delighted by the news.
“Everyone madly googling Matty’s age lol 😂” one follower wrote.
“Aww, beautiful 😍 But You are grandpa?😮” another follower added.
