(WJW) – Krispy Kreme is celebrating the 65th anniversary of Barbie with a new doughnut collection with four new flavors!
For a limited time only, Krispy Kreme and Barbie fans alike can enjoy the new doughnuts in a limited edition custom box.
The new doughnut flavors include:
- The Barbie Pink Doughnut: An original glazed doughnut with pink buttercream and sparkly pink sugar, topped with Barbie sunglasses.
- Malibu Dream Party Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with Cake Batter Kreme, dipped in Malibu blue icing and sparkly graham sand, topped with a Barbie DreamHouse piece and piped with a white cloud.
- Barbie Berries ’n Kreme Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with Strawberry Kreme, dipped in white icing, drizzled with purple and pink buttercream and topped with a Barbie heart.
- Barbie Sweet 65th Doughnut: An Original glazed doughnut, dipped in chocolate icing, topped with Barbie Sweet 65th sprinkles.
The Krispy Kreme x Barbie doughnuts will also be offered in a 6-pack at select grocery stores.
Randomly selected fans will also get the chance to enter giveaways for the chance to win a Krispy Kreme-themed Barbie Fashionista doll that includes an adult-sized denim jacket, also in theme.
To enter the giveaway, simply comment and tag a friend on the Barbie x Krispy Kreme social competition post on Krispy Kreme’s Instagram on Sept. 4-6.
On Sept. 6-8, Krispy Kreme Rewards members who purchase a Barbie x Krispy Kreme dozen will also be entered in the giveaway.
Fans who wear pink while visiting a participating Krispy Kreme shop on Sept. 7 can also get a free original glazed doughnut.
