“If you haven’t tried Nat’v Basics, your butt doesn’t know how comfortable it could actually be,” Laura says in an Instagram video.

“I’m not someone who wears sexy lingerie anymore, it does not exist in my wardrobe, I’m here for comfort.

“And these are incredible. All of my bras, even the ones that I’ve worn to death, are all Nat’v Basics. They’re so soft and they’re so supportive.”

Nat’v Basics says its brand is all about sustainability and comfort.

Its signature fabric is made from super soft, incredibly comfy, natural TENCEL Modal fibres, which are gentle on the skin and feature enhanced breathability.

Some of Laura’s brand favourites include the Callie Brief for $24, which is a natural hip bikini brief and has a thin and soft waistband.

Another go-to is the Callie Crop for $39, which is a wire-free, low V-neck crop, that has removable padding and a cross-strap option.

The podcast host and mother-of-two also loves The Darling Chic Bodysuit for $89, saying she is “obsessed with it”.

“I can go to yoga in it but I can also add a pair of jeans and go for cocktails in it,” she said.

This bodysuit effortlessly combines style and eco-consciousness and is designed to hug your body gently.

It offers seamless support and a sleek silhouette.

She also loves the Darling Shine Cheeky G for $19, which happens to be a Nat’v Basics bestseller.

The Darling Shine Crop pairs perfectly with the matching G-string and has a scooped back design and has textured ribbed fabric.

Nat’v Basics was launched by Queensland mother and former company director Sandy Ronalds, who became sick of fast fashion and wanted to do something more sustainable.

When browsing the internet one night, Sandy realised the line of work that she loved — namely “building brands, developing products and creating positive customer experiences” — was growing “more and more at odds” with her core values.

“Everywhere I looked, brands were making stuff to churn and burn so they could hurry up and get on with selling the next thing, and the next thing,” Sandy previously told Best Picks.

“And, as consumers, a lot of us were along for the ride, just buying stuff we didn’t need, that we didn’t value enough, or wasn’t well-made enough for it even to have a shot as lasting as long as it should to make its existence worthwhile in the first place.”

And so, she had a long, hard think about what she could do to keep doing what she loved without compromising her values — and it was then she had her multimillion-dollar idea: purpose-driven, sustainable underwear.

The resulting Nat’v Basics line has gone from strength to strength since launch.

Every piece of Nat’v Basics underwear is soft, sustainable and non-toxic. It’s designed to last a lifetime, not just a couple of seasons before being tossed into landfill.
