Meet Simone and Viviana: best friends who will bring passion, fashion, and flair to the kitchen when MKR launches on Channel 7 and 7plus.
Based in Queensland, but originally from Italy, Simone and Viviana want to serve Australia “style, class and modern Italian with a twist”.

Simone describes himself as “an adventurous cook, taking old classics and innovating them in new ways”.
His catchphrase is “tell me everything”.
Viviana recalls the first dish she ever prepared was “gnocchi alla romana with my grandma”.
And these modern Italians have very firm views on pineapple on pizza — it’s a hard ‘no’.
Both admit they cannot live without pasta and that food, family and friends are inseparable.
