Set during World War 1, The King’s Man followed the formation of the Kingsman spy organisation.

The fictionalised account of the conflict features Ralph Fiennes as the Duke of Oxford, alongside Rhys Ifans as Rasputin and Charles Dance as Field Marshal Kitchener.

Meanwhile, Tom Hollander plays three roles as royal cousins King George V, Kaiser Wilhelm II and Tsar Nicholas II.

The cast also includes Gemma Arterton, Harris Dickinson, Djimon Hounsou, Matthew Goode and rumoured future James Bond Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

The King’s Man is streaming on Channel 4 for the next 5 days only and is also streaming in 4K on Disney+.

A sequel involving the rise of Adolf Hitler called The King’s Man: The Traitor King is in the works.

As is the third and final film of the main series starring Colin Firth and Aaron Egerton called Kingsman: The Blue Blood.
