According to local media reports, the Canadian pop star helped kick off celebrations for the couple when he jetted into the country to help billionaire heir Anant and his fiance Radhika celebrate their July 12th nuptials.

On Friday, the Canadian pop star, 30, sang more than a dozen of his hit songs, including Baby, Love Yourself and Peaches, during the private concert. Bieber shared photos from the exclusive gig and a slideshow posing with the couple to his Instagram.

In one brief video, Bieber offered a sneak peek at his performance showing a clip of himself holding his microphone out to guests to let them sing verses from Where Are U Now, his 2015 collab with Skrillex and Diplo.

Bieber, who left his pregnant wife Hailey back home to travel to the show, also gave his 294 million followers a window into his brief trip, posting views from his hotel suite and a look inside his limousine.

Other notable celebrities that attended Friday’s event included Bollywood stars like Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh and Salman Khan.

Anant and Radhika, both 29, have been celebrating their upcoming marriage for months. In March, Reliance Industries chairman and managing director Mukesh Ambani threw a three-day prenuptial bash for his son that included a 1,200-person guest list, including former world leaders, tech tycoons and Bollywood megastars, with a performance by renowned singer Rihanna.

Anant’s father, Mukesh, 66, currently the world’s 9th richest man with a net worth of $116 billion, according to Forbes. He is also the richest person in Asia.

According to the Associated Press, the Ambani family owns, among other valuable assets, a 27-story private apartment building, named Antila, worth $1 billion in Mumbai. It has three helipads, a 160-car garage, a private movie theater, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.

Anant oversees the Reliance’s renewable and green energy expansion and runs a 3,000-acre animal rescue centre.

His bride-to-be is the daughter of pharmaceutical tycoon Viren Merchant and is the marketing director for his company, Encore Healthcare, according to Vogue.

She told the magazine that the two were introduced through mutual friends in 2017. “That first meeting just sparked something special between us, and it wasn’t long before we started dating,” she said.

This week’s events are expected to draw even more celebrities, billionaires and world leaders.

Not wanting other couples to feel left out, the family also organized a mass wedding for more than 50 underprivileged bride and grooms last week, as part of the pre-wedding celebrations.

During their pre-wedding kickoff in March, the A-list names that attended included Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, as well as Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. In addition to Rihanna (who was reportedly paid $6 million for her appearance), singers Akon and breakout star Diljit Dosanjh also performed for guests.

In May, the festivities continued when family took guests on a three-day pre-wedding cruise from Italy to France, which included a DJ set from David Guetta, a performance by Pitbull and Katy Perry belting out her hit songs, according to media reports.

Of that event, an insider told the U.S. Sun, “They have invited 800 guests who are currently on a space-themed cruise around Europe, with stops in Barcelona and Genoa … The party itself will only last five hours but Katy will headline it … When they say there’s been no expense spared, they really mean it.”
