A NSW man initially misread his massive lottery win as just $13 — not realising he’s become a millionaire overnight.
The Sydney man, aged in his 30s, held one of the three division one winning entries in Oz Lotto draw 1580 on May 28.
Each division one winner scored $13,333,333.34.

He initially thought the text he received from The Lott was a scam but checked his ticket “just in case”.
“I was just having dinner when I got your text saying to check my ticket,” he said.
“I thought it was a scam but I checked my ticket just in case.
“I looked on the app and I saw all this confetti! I thought I’d won $13 at first.
“This is life-changing! I don’t know what to say. I’m scratching my head.
“This is great. Really awesome.
“I’m a regular Oz Lotto player, but this is something else, it’s something very, very special.”
He revealed he plans to keep working, and will invest the money into his business and help out his family.
“This is the best call I’ve ever had” he said.
“I’m going to have a bottle of champagne to celebrate! I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep tonight!”
The winning numbers in Oz Lotto draw 1580 were 10, 15, 29, 31, 42, 5 and 13, while the supplementary numbers were 17, 40 and 39.
There were three division one winning entries, all from NSW, in Oz Lotto draw 1580.
