When she’s not donning a designer outfit, the Princess of Wales has been spotted wearing stylish picks from high-street fashion store Boden on a number of occasions over the years. The British label offers good quality, sustainable and trendy pieces so it’s not hard to see why it is favoured by Kate.
While Boden is typically slightly more expensive than the likes of Marks and Spencer, the retailer occasionally run sales where shoppers can stock up on royally-approved outfits for less. Their current sale includes the best-loved Bi-Stretch Crop Flare Trousers which are now 70% cheaper.
They would usually set you back £85 but shoppers can snap them up for just £34. The ‘really-flattering’ trousers are a wardrobe staple as they can be paired with everything from jumpers to t-shirts and can easily be dressed up or down.
The navy Boden trousers come in sizes 4 to 22, however there are limited sizes still in stock for the black colourway which have been reduced to an impressive £24 in the sale. You can also choose from petite or regular leg length, which is perfect if you are on the shorter side and don’t want to get your trousers tailored.
They are made from stretchy, crease-resistant material and have a cool cropped length ideal for the warmer months ahead. Nearly half of the materials used are cotton, giving the trousers a soft, lightweight and breathable feel, keeping you comfortable no matter the weather.
Boden’s Bi-Stretch Crop Flare Trousers have racked up top-rated reviews from 44 wearers who have purchased them. One shopper said: “I never write reviews, but these are the best trousers I’ve ever had! Material is thick and high quality, I’ve washed them countless times and they still look great. The fit is incredibly flattering, cover my belly (I’m past 40, that is needed) and they make my legs look great. Have 3 pairs and I’m gonna buy more to have spare. Fit is true to size.”
A second wrote: “They fit beautifully. The quality of the material and the style were excellent. I received quite a few compliments. They are certainly going to be main player in my wardrobe.”
And a third added: “These trousers are lovely quality and a comfortable fit. Good quality fabric and depth of colour.” However, there were a few shoppers who found the sizing to be off and noted that they come up on the smaller size.
They mentioned: “Sizing runs a little small. Stretchy though so will keep. Nice fit, comfy, beautiful colour,” and another said, “these trousers are really nice but unfortunately I couldn’t get them done up even though I am normally a size 20 in Boden trousers.”
