A man was hospitalized with serious injuries early Tuesday morning after being found on the roadway in North York suffering from a stab wound.

Toronto Police said the man was found in the Jane St.-Lawrence Ave. area at around 3:15 a.m.

He was taken to hospital for treatment in non-life-threatening condition.
Investigators said they are not sure exactly where the stabbing occurred.
In a post on social media, police said two male suspects are outstanding.

WOMAN SOUGHT FOR TTC ASSAULT
An unidentified woman is sought after an assault on a TTC bus.
Toronto Police responded to an assault call on Friday, March 15 at 3:29 p.m. in the Victoria Park Ave.-Denton Ave. area.
Police allege that the accused boarded a TTC bus at Victoria Park Station and approached the victim and had a verbal dispute before threatening and assaulting them, exiting the bus and fleeing the scene.

The accused and victim are not known to each other.
The woman is described as being 30-35 years old, 5-foot-7 with a thin build and dark hair. She was wearing a construction hat, an orange high-visibility vest and blue jeans.

TORONTO MAN CHARGED WITH HUMAN TRAFFICKING
A Toronto man was arrested and charged at an Oshawa hotel over the weekend in connection with a human trafficking investigation.
Durham Regional Police said that officers responded on Saturday to a wellbeing call at a hotel in the Bloor St. W.-Stevenson Rd. area.
Police said that there was reported concern for a female who had been staying at the hotel for a short period.

Responding officers found the female in a room with a man, according to a news release, and the man was taken into custody without incident.
Further investigation revealed that the suspect was alleged to have been trafficking the victim.
Conrod Webley, 35, of Toronto, faces charges including assault, forcible confinement, trafficking in persons, and financially benefitting from sexual services.
