Bundchen, 43, was driving in Surfside this week when she was stopped for driving erratically. The officer who pulled her over let her go with a warning, but in bodycam footage obtained by TMZ, she was seen getting emotional as she said she was “trying to stay (away) from that guy.”

The officer was aware of who she was, but told her that he couldn’t do anything to help her.
“I understand who you are, but there’s nothing I can do about that,” he said.
“Yeah, but he’s, like, stalking me,” she said.
He then urged her to file a police report.
Bundchen then broke down in tears, telling the officer she’s “so tired.”
“Everywhere I go I have these f—ing guys after me. Nothing protects me. I can’t do nothing. I just want to live my life,” she said sobbing uncontrollably.
“I can’t prevent them from doing their job, which is to take pictures,” the officer responded as she wiped away tears.
“I don’t know how that’s allowed,” she fired back.

Bundchen moved to Florida in 2020 when her then-husband Tom Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the team’s quarterback. The mother of two has continued to live in the Sunshine State following their divorce in 2022.
The two have never spoken about what led to their split, with rumours that she was upset that he decided to return to football after announcing his retirement in early 2022.
But in an interview with Vanity Fair, Bundchen said their priorities had changed as they got older.
“When I was 26 years old and he was 29 years old, we met, we wanted a family, we wanted things together. As time goes by, we realize that we just wanted different things,” she told Vanity Fair in March 2023.

But the NFL great seemingly took a swipe at his former spouse, who spoke at length about the disintegration of their relationship in her cover story with the mag.

“What is success? To laugh often and much; To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends,” Brady shared, posting a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson to his Instagram Story.
Brady’s post came just hours after Bundchen told Vanity Fair that speculation about their breakup was “not so black and white.”
“It’s like a death and a rebirth,” Bundchen said. “It’s tough because you imagine your life was going to be a certain way, and you did everything you could, you know?”
Bundchen went on to add that she had “no regrets” about her marriage and “loved every bit of it.”
“When you love someone, you don’t put them in a jail and say, ‘You have to live this life.’ You set them free to be who they are, and if you want to fly in the same direction, then that’s amazing.”
Following the split, Bundchen has been linked to her family’s jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.
“They’re taking it slow. They started out as great friends first. She’s very private about this and wanted to keep it quiet while they got to know each other,” a source told PEOPLE.
