The Denver Broncos already traded one of their top wide receivers this offseason when they sent Jerry Jeudy to the Cleveland Browns. They do not seem interested in trading another.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported on Saturday that despite getting several calls asking about the availability of Courtland Sutton, the team has no interest trading their leading receiver from the 2023 season.
The biggest reason teams are calling about Sutton may be the fact he is not attending the team’s voluntary offseason program as he tries to get a new contract extension from the team. The Broncos do not seem overly worried about Sutton’s decision to stay away, with general manager George Paton saying this week that Sutton is “in a good place.”
Sutton caught 59 passes for 772 yards and 10 touchdowns this past season, leading the team in all three categories.
