Peel Police have charged two teens, including a 13-year-old girl, in connection with an armed carjacking in Brampton that led to the victim being stabbed.

Authorities allege four suspects lured the victim through social media to a high school parking lot near Kennedy Rd. and Queen St. on Feb. 22.

It’s further alleged that once the victim exited his vehicle, the suspects confronted him, produced a knife, and demanded his keys and vehicle during which time the victim was struck in the head and stabbed in the leg.
The suspects fled in the vehicle and the victim was treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators located and arrested three young people, including an 11-year-old female who was released due to her age.
A Mississauga female, 13, has been charged with robbery and assault causing bodily harm and a Brampton male, 16, has been charged with robbery, wearing a disguise with intent, and assault causing bodily harm.
Police have issued a warrant for a Brampton male, 17, for robbery and assault causing bodily harm.
The teens can’t be named as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

The victim’s vehicle has been recovered.
