Six people, including four teenagers, have been arrested after a terrifying shooting in Sydney’s southwest.
About 9.20pm on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, police were called to a carpark on Canterbury Road in Campsie, following reports of a shooting.

It is understood a 27-year-old man, who was driving in the carpark, was ambushed by a group of men, who allegedly fired more than a dozen shots.
The 27-year-old man suffered two gunshot wounds to his head and chest.
Security cameras showed the target scramble away from his car and despite being wounded, he survived.
During raids across Sydney’s west, six people were later arrested.
“Following extensive inquiries, both firearms used in the shooting have been recovered and forensically examined,” NSW Police said on Tuesday.
Police also later recovered other weapons, cash and drugs including, two crossbows, a butterfly knife and knuckle dusters.
Police are still hunting for the man who pulled the trigger.
