“Enjoy every blissful second 💛,” Kourtney Kardashian Barker commented.

“Congratulations beautiful,” Australian influencer Tammy Hembrow said.

“Angel,” Katy Perry wrote.

Perry is the stepmother to Kerr’s oldest son, Flynn Bloom, whom Kerr shares with ex-husband Orlando Bloom.

“Congratulations!!! Welcome Pierre❤️,” model Martha Hunt said.

The name Pierre could be a tribute to Kerr’s grandfather Peter, who died in 2021 following a cancer battle.

Kerr and both her grandparents were known to share a special bond.

In a statement at the time of Peter’s death, the former Victoria’s Secret model called him the family’s “rock”.

Kerr shared in a social media post on September 1 last year that she was expecting, revealing her growing baby bump.

“So excited to announce baby four,” she said.

Kerr and Spiegel have two other sons together, Hart, five, and Miles, three.

Kerr welcomed her first child, Flynn, with Bloom, in January 2011.
