That’s what critics are saying after celebrity chef Salt Bae sparked an uproar by posting a $108,500 receipt for a single meal recently at his Dubai restaurant.

“Money comes money goes,” the 40-year-old Turkish chef, whose real name is Nusret Gokce, wrote on Instagram to his nearly 54 million followers.

That will come as an insult to hard-working Turks, many of whom are struggling to make ends meet in the midst of a 60% rise in inflation and 10% unemployment rate, Newsflash reported.

The unidentified diners who visited the Nusr-Et Steakhouse Dubai at the Four Seasons resort over the weekend enjoyed beer carpaccio, french fries, salad, baklava and fruit.

Because that wasn’t enough, they also noshed on luxurious gold-covered meat, including a filet mignon priced at $270 and three steaks totalling $1,390.

As for the drinks? Four porn-star martinis ($130), two bottles of Chateau Petrus 2009 ($53,900), one bottle of Petrus 2011 ($17,700) and five double glasses of exclusive Louis XIII cognac neat ($7,500) made the meal that much more ridiculous.

The group reportedly shelled out $24,500 in tips.

Salt Bae’s insensitive brag didn’t exactly win over social media.

“This is a case when people have more money than common sense,” one person declared on Instagram.

“My carpenter can cook better,” another spat.

Meanwhile, Turkish newspaper Yenicag reportedly accused Salt Bae of flaunting his wealth as “citizens struggle to make ends meet with a three-cent minimum wage.”

Salt Bae, known as the “internet’s sexiest butcher,” became a global sensation in 2017 thanks to an Instagram video featuring his signature sensual moves, preparing and seasoning (with salt!) a bone-in steak.

He went on to establish a chain of more than 20 restaurants, including a since-closed Manhattan burger joint.
