When the “Front Row” collection debuted online at Glassons at 6pm on Tuesday, some pieces sold out in record time.
Although the sparkly purple and silver mini skirts and halter-neck tops are currently unavailable, shoppers can still snap up my favourite piece from the collection — the Metallic Western Cowboy Boots ($99.99).
They can also buy a Sequin Embellished Knit Top ($79.99), Printed Crew Neck Tees ($24.99) and set of Friendship Bracelet Packs ($7.99).
Glassons first broke the news about the “Front Row” collection on Instagram earlier this week, writing: “You called it… Our ‘Front Row’ collection launching online Tuesday 16th of January 6pm local time!”
It wasn’t long before thousands of Glassons fans took to the comments section to say they couldn’t wait to get their hands on some pieces.
“The purple is giving lavender haze and the cowgirl boots!” one shopper wrote.
“Gorge!” another added.
“I need this dress!” a third said.
It wasn’t long before some were outraged by how fast some of the pieces sold out.
“Please do a re-stock. They disappeared,” one shopper wrote.
“How did that sell out in two minutes?” another added.
Taylor Swift is bringing her record-breaking Eras tour Down Under next month, playing several sell-out shows in Melbourne and Sydney in February.
The Eras tour has become a cultural juggernaut since it launched last year in the US, with fans getting dressed up and exchanging friendship bracelets emblazoned with lyrics, song titles and in-jokes at the concerts.
