Around 5 p.m. while on the westbound lanes of Hwy. 407 at Woodbine Ave, police said the suspect began pulling over while demanding that the victim get out.

According to police, the suspect said a second suspect was in a Range Rover behind them and didn’t want to hurt the victim.
